• Lead the engineering team: technical direction, code reviews, mentoring and the architecture calls across a React and Django stack.
• Ship LLM and agentic AI into the product — RAG pipelines, conversational agents and Claude-powered workflows — and into how the team itself builds.
• Build features end to end: Next.js and TypeScript frontends against Django REST APIs, auth flows and data models I own.
• Led a CMS migration inside a live Next.js app, and cut load times with lazy loading, image optimization and tighter data fetching.
• Own CI/CD on GitHub Actions and the AWS footprint: S3, CloudFront, Route 53, CloudFormation.
• Work directly with product and business stakeholders to turn requirements into scope and an engineering plan.

• One of the first frontend engineers on the product — built the frontend from scratch in Next.js and TypeScript.
• Made the founding architecture calls: app structure, state, component system and the conventions the team still builds on.
• Shipped product features alongside the core team through the whole engagement.
• Designed and owned the CI/CD pipeline to AWS — builds, test automation, production infra.
• Established the automated testing strategy, including AI-assisted test generation.

• Built web scraping and crawler pipelines to automate data collection.
• Optimized Django backend modules for data-processing throughput.
• Designed and maintained APIs for data extraction and integration into existing platforms.
